CAMM-MR !!first time I heard ,THX.

CAMM-MR has 100km range while ER had 45 km range. İnteresting.

Absolutely we should add booster Hisar-D and we should it quadpack.

Again i am repeating but what about dual-packing SİPER-B2?

I can't help dreaming.
Dream responsibly :D What is and isn’t feasible is difficult to guess but quadpack Siper B2 won’t fit. We will see how long it takes to quadpack hisar first.

However the post emphasizes recycling only, Turkish people known to recycle old equipment and electronics and use them.

Montrose and Monmouth would be two of the T23s Turkey would get if T23 deal worked out. Still good chance they will find their way here.

Get ready for a week of news segments if a Turkish scrapper buys the hulls.

@Anmdt looks like negotiations concluded with Aselsan. Sensors and navionic package (+CIWS, torpedo counter measures) is costing $100 millions per ship.

Can we now make a guess on how much weapon systems from Roketsan will cost? $50-60 millions?

Aselsan also provides CIWS(Gökdeniz), autocannons(STOP) sonar, and torpedo countermeasures. And it is 285 million euro(205 million euro+80 million euro worth of TL with the current exchange rate) for 3 remaining ships which means 95 million euro per ship.

looks like overal cost total 1 billion dollar with weapon included? Cheap when you make it yourself, R&D not included that would cost 200 Million dollar? Egypt have german frigate program costs 2 billions dollar and the ships are underarmed if you ask me. When you want to make upgrades or modification it will cost againg money when a foreigner country is involved... :D

Aselsan does probably take the biggest cake of the program between the subcontractors but it is not the only one. This also is the only public figure so far for the program.

There's still Roketsan, and more importantly TAIS/STM. As well as multiple smaller subcontractors. Hopefully we'll get a more ballpark figure for unit cost in the future.

Aslo 2+ billion lira that i dont know anymore how much in euro without using calculator 🤦‍♂️🤣

@TheInsider already made the calculation. 205 millions euro + 2.3 billions lira.
Which means, 285 millions euro in total. (2.3 billions lira equals 80 millions euro)

Looking at the way you are thinking to get to the overall cost of these ships , I wouldn’t start counting my chickens yet @Afif . There isn’t enough information about the contents of the agreement to decide how much each ship is going to cost.
These ships could cost anything from 400 to 550 million dollars depending on the equipment they are fitted with and the effect of inflation over the next 3 years.
Remember that they will also have at least 3 major modern radar systems on board. There will be Sonars and EW systems. Also there is that new MIDLAS system with tens of VLS missiles. There will be 16 Atmaca missiles, CWIS, STOP guns and possibly a Turkish RAM alternative point defence system ( Us version costs around 25 million dollars). Don’t forget the torpedoes and counter measure systems.
The Hisar Class OPVs being built which are the smaller version of these ships, in almost naked state will cost around 110 million dollars.
Ada Class corvette‘s cost to the Navy is around 260 million dollars. And it has only limited number of self defence (RAM and main gun) and assault weapons.

I don't expect İstif class to cost more than 400 million euros with a full weapon load (16x Hisar+16x Atmaca). In fact, I expect a lower cost. That Aselsan contract covers all the systems Aselsan will provide for the project.

Well, now we know for sure all of the sensor and navionic systems as well as weapon systems from Aselsan are costing around $100 millions. (Is Havelsan's CMC part of this? )

I suspect the hull will cost around $200 millions. The Ukrainian ADA Class corvette's hull is costing $156 millions per official statement. Which is supposed to be 3000 tons like Paksitani Milgem.

For I class, With the addition of 16 VLS and minor extension, $200 millions for hull only seems reasonable. (Ukrainian ADA is supposed to have MICCA VLS)

Now, if we can know the Roketsan's share, we would be able to make an accurate guess about the total cost. (Taking into equation other minor contractors share, like MKE with its main gun.)

If y'all want cheap ships you gotta make more of 'em. Make that "economies of scale" phenomenon your b*tch like Elon Musk.

Despite achieving near-complete indigenization on naval tech, Turkish Navy still chases 1-to-1 replacements. that's not very cash money, especially If one counts in the fact that the US is eyeing for a brawl with us in the future.

Make those drydocks go BRRRRRRRRRRRRR, for the love of the country!
