safety comes first , there is no need of any FATF or some country calling them terrorists , such decisions ( neutral country) are more then enough to tag certain country as heaven for terrorists .

Ps. If Pakistan Army was a business entity as you imagine India should have busted Pakistan decades ago like Israel did. Leave alone Azad Kashmir you would expect India to gouge part of Pakistan Punjab [say Lahore] and then use that as leverage to bring peace on Indian terms.
The reason we don't have peace in South Asia is because it's stalemate. If Pakistan was defeated like Germany did there would be peace.
