K2 in Oman

Previously Hyundai Rotem managers stated that the K2 MBT has been already tested in desert conditions, and some countries in the Middle East have shown interest to purchase the tank. In May, 2018, K2 Black Panther main battle tank conducted a month-long +600km endurance & live fire test in the deserts of Oman.

Omani Lynx helicopters landed on a U.S. warship for the first time​

A Royal Navy of Oman Lynx helicopter lands on the flight deck of guided-missile cruiser USS Port Royal (CG 73) during exercise Khunjar Hadd 26 in the Sea of Oman, Feb. 27.
