A couple of photos/videos surfaced where the PL-15s' were found with minimal damage which can possibly happen when you're firing at Dmax range where it can run outta energy/fuel. The hit probability is also the lowest if the target maneuvers or deploys countermeasures. Either this or it might've been a softkill using EW jammers

Below is an almost intact PL-15 and I've seen the video of it (will post if I come across it again) where the blackened area in the midsection (it was only a partial snap but not a clean break from the video) indicating a failed detonation or impact stress upon landing

I did come across on a TG channel that an even more intact PL-15 was found but I haven't seen any physical evidence yet.
