Only his own actions and statement speak for itself. Did he not say he wish the all the religions to be at the bottom of the sea?its a reason why people here say «religion of arabs» thats ataturks own words. He seperated religion from state affairs. He wanted a secular turkey. Its a reason why turkey changed so much from the last 100 years.
That may be his opinion but it doesnt change the fact that there was no crackdown on religion.
Leaders can have their opinion but that doesnt mean they will make policy according to it.
Erdogan is religiously conservative and he himself made many anti secular statements yet Turkey is still secular.

You reserve yourself the right for an opinion but want to forbid it to others or judge them for it?

religion itself is archaic compared to lets say nationalism. Judaism, Christianity and Islam are the continuation of the exact same narative which has been heavly influenced by earlier civilizations in the region i.e jewish and Arabic interpretation of an older narative. which is far from satisfying any needs of contomparary Human in any field in any way. Since it is just another social construct with its hegonomic discourse without an immaculate orgin.

Final words God is Turk.

People will choose any time "thieves" "corrupted" politicians instead of policy like this, they simply do not get it.

You should learn Turkish. There's no terrible insult there. One saying "they f*cked the army", the other comment speculating that she's too unfit to be there and probabyl got in by shady methods. Frankly I agree with both sentiments.

We learned nothing from gülenist infiltration.

Turkish Armed Forces members should be loyal to the Republic of Turkey, Turkish flag, Turkish constitution and Turkish people. Nothing more. No religion, sect or cult. Otherwise we'll keep seeing repeats of 2016 coup attempt. Some people are too stupid to see this.

check the certain comments on tweet....

on the second part real life does not function like that, people have aims, desires, views, aspirations and so on and in that light constitution is not stone written document, its purpose is to serve and follow people whishes and change accordingly in the greatest extent possible.

If there are things that are more important to you than your country, frankly, you shouldn't be in the army. Stay home and pray. Go to mosque every day, nobody's bothering you.

People make the ultimate sacrifice and give their lives for their country and you're concerned with your hair, having a place in your barracks to pray etc. :D

A strange issue going on within the Navy:
The navy aims to have a unified communications for unmanned operations for WVR applications, and aims to control unmanned systems through common satellite terminals that are also used for numerous duties, and a commonized console - fully integrated to the operations room and CMS application for the unmanned systems.

However, one particular company disobeys and enforces their own consoles (' developed by them' ), not even running on the same OS core as the ships' CMS runs on, moreover not really compatible to the ships communications systems thus the satellite terminals.
That particular company also introduces their own (through a solution partner of them) satellite terminals and communication terminals.
Neither their consoles or terminals are qualified for naval applications and environment, or is not compliant with rules that govern electronic systems application on the ships. They also neglect a request on qualification and certification of the naval application.
They use some burecracy and high rank middle man to get their demands pass through by ignoring Navy's rulebook on integration fo unmanned systems on naval platforms.

Navy's demands are clear:

The system should be fully compatible with CMS and the core OS it runs on.

The system should be fully compatible with satellite terminals inherited by the ship, and should be compatible with communication systems installed on the dedicated mast, here optionally the company may use already available communication systems, or install theirs with the requirement of being compatible and being able to be controlled-integrated by the CMS

The operator consoles should be compatible with the operations room of the ship ( standard console size of the navy), or preferrably, already available multi-purpose consoles should be used for this purpose. Navy prefers to use multi-purpose consoles on several duties and eventually commonalize all USV operations through them, but for sake of the limited time, the unmanned systems suppliers are allowed to integrare their own consoles with the necessity of being qualified and certified.

Lastly, all data that can be transmitted to operations center of the unmanned system should be also able to be transferred and controlled through the CMS.

These should be satisfied by the following years so that the Turkish navy will be ready for the future of network enabled warfare.
which company is this?

I will support the decision of allowing her to attend the military school as I don't believe in Islam. I think women should be allowed in the military that also means muslim women but what she did was haram according to Islam. A Muslim woman can't work under the same roof with a man other than her family members. In the future, she will command a company. She will inspect the barracks of the soldiers. She will sleep on the battlefield with them. This is a reactionary move by the Turkish state to reform/modernize İslam. In the past hardcore methods were used and foreign powers took advantage of that. Now softcore methods are in place. Every muslim should ask themselves if this is really a good thing. You may not agree with the hardcore secularists but you shouldn't stray so far away from the path of Allah to openly support a haram. Now doing something haram is one thing you can always seek forgiveness from Allah but openly supporting haram even though you know it is haram is another thing. It makes you an apostate if you continue that path. If you are a real muslim you should be objecting to what she did. It is also your duty to show the righteous path to your muslim sister.

Offcourse they can have their opinion without making a policy. Just search up how ataturk cracked down on muslims. No need to try to hide facts bro. No dont get me wrong you can have your opinion. I just dont respect how some people try to twist truth just because they have a opinon about something. That part about turkey now and erdogan is true, but dont forget that this is based on history. Since late 1800s during the ottoman period nationalism, and secularism started to flourish. Turkey been influenced by this ideology for 100+ years. 20 years with erdogan in power wont change the people. And its not like he had all the power to govern like ataturk had. However history repeats itself.

I study Islam thoroughly before being a non-believer. Even this day I have a small library in my house which consists of Islamic pieces.

Ok, that does not make you expert and fatwa guy. Even if they are wrong it does not matter for you, why you bother with that then?

Because I want to show that those things are not related to Islam real Muslims know that too and we have freedom of speech in our country and surely in this forum. You don't need to be a cleric to talk about the "basics" of Islam. What I wrote above is a well-established fatwa(it has nothing to do with me) and there is no argument over that in the Islamic world but since you don't know this I'm guessing you are new to Islam maybe.

Is it not surprising at all that US would support taliban and not some godless secularists? :D

It's not surprising to you that US would support Gülenists in Turkey and France would support ayatullahs in Iran? :D

It's almost as if they know these islamist groups are useful to them.

Fun fact: During the Turkish war of Independence, Britain used Şehyülislams to write fatwas against Atatürk and the TBMM(Grand National Assembly) and they dropped flyers from British planes over cities. So yes Islamists are useful pawns to them. Always has been.

you clearly have no idea how the US operate , I'd ask you to go lecture your self rather than wasting time to discuss this matter with you since u don't know jackshi*

Sorry and with all due respect i can not take your opinion seriously on muslim matters, islam is so wide spectrum of beleifs and perspectives that any indvidual can only have litle grasp on it.
But to indulge you altough you claim to be expert, from the begining of Islam women took participation in wars and combat roles, so this is not that big novelty amd something that can not be accomodiated in todays times.

I don't claim to be an expert and this is not my opinion. It is a well-established centuries-old fatwa and has never been refuted by any Islamic authority up to now. Bring your problems to Islamic authorities. Maybe you can be the first one to refute that and reform Islam. Good luck. A reformed Islam kinda like Protestantism will be very good. I will of course welcome this. As a non-believer, I, too, think Islam should be renewed with today's conditions.

BTW this might surprise you but there is no freedom of belief in Islam. Once you become a muslim you can't just say hey I tried this religion but it just didn't suit me now I want to stop being a muslim. There is no "exit" in Islam(at least with your head on your shoulders) once you are in unless you are living in a secular state.
