We must action before we become too weak

I talk with many Turks in Istanbul these days

Many guys just said "that s impossible we can do nothing police will never move"And girls said "you are racist.Arabs are good guy"

If things move like this,10 more years later İstanbul would become Paris that burning car every year
Miss Japan already? 😁

Akşener committed suicide politically. Mustafa Gürban, İrfan Sönmez, Salim Ensarioğlu, İdris Naim Şahin etc. brought to the table everything that Turkish nationalism was against. They did it deliberately by drawing over symbol names such as Tolga Akalın, Yavuz Ağıralioğlu and Aytun Çıray. This lake does not hold yeast.

'We will implement all decisions of the ECHR'

Be very careful of politicians who promise this, because:

Also take a note of HDP's promise to 'lift the isolation of terrorist leader Apo'. Even note the hdp members who said he would be released conditionally.

Does that sound impossible? The current government and 'opposition table' are cooking something up.

Now let's see after which event, if not within 3 months, then at the latest within 12 months, we will complete the remaining 3 items and celebrate the right to free movement in Europe:

In its 2010 Winter judgment against the UK, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) stated that aggravated life sentences without the right to conditional release are "de facto death sentences" because they completely cut people off from society.

This decision is in fact the first preparatory step towards Apo's release.

*

In this ruling, the court said that the court should review the prisoner's situation once a year after the 25 years in prison, at least once a year before reaching 25 years, and that the prisoner should be released on conditional release when a favorable situation is determined. if there is no favorable situation, even after 25 years, the court should continue this review at least once a year. These decisions continue in the same way after the Winter case.

Turkiye has changed its laws and defined aggravated life sentences without the right to conditional release. However, even in this case, it must recognize the right to hope and, because of this right, the right to conditional release. Moreover, since Article 90/last of the constitution states that in case of conflict between laws and international conventions on fundamental rights, the provisions of international conventions must prevail, due to this constitutional provision, it is a legal obligation for the courts in TR to recognize and implement the right to hope through their decisions without even amending the law.

When Apo appealed to the ECHR after his conviction, the 2nd Chamber of the ECHR ruled unanimously in 2014 that Öcalan's right to life had been violated by not being granted conditional release due to his conviction. Turkiye's appeal was rejected by the Grand Chamber of the ECHR in the same year.

Since no action has been taken against Öcalan, who has committed crimes in prison (re-establishing organic ties with the terrorist organization and managing it), his conditional release will be on the agenda on February 15, 2024 at the latest.

The issue is much more detailed and with a step-by-step chronology. I have translated only the first two-three articles from here: https://eksisozluk2023.com/ocalanin-serbest-kalma-ihtimali--7636127?p=1

*

The CHP delegation including Selin Sayek Böke and Oğuz Kaan Salıcı met with HDP Co-Chairs Pervin Buldan and Mithat Sancar: Shortly after the HDP representatives announced that they will inform both their shareholders and their authorized boards(I think everyone knows who they consulted) about the meeting, the HDP announced that it would not field any candidates.

Mr. Kılıçdaroğlu should immediately provide a detailed explanation about the content of these meetings whether there is anything else that is not disclosed in the content, and reassure the Turkish people about this risk. This issue absolutely cannot be left in limbo.

Likewise, the current government wing must immediately publicize the reasons for its indifference. These issues are too dangerous for political calculations, and if someone wants to play, that hand will burn.

How is Japanese view of Turks? Did you experienced anything negative there?
They are polite but don't see any non-eastern Asian race as a part of their society.

For Turks, that s up to their own face.

İf you looks white,

They will see you same as UK or US ltalian white people.Japanese think you are handsome but didn't accept you as a member of society.

If you looks like middle easter.they will think you a Indian or Arab poor guy.

If you looks much more Eastern Asia, such me without Sakal ,they will much more accepting you.But even a full blood Japanese if you don't obey the rules of Japanese society you can be viewed as a stranger. And a non east Asian face almost no chance be a member of society

As a country they think Türkiye is a frendiy but poor far small country.

That's interesting Japanese dislike China Korea, loves west. But a Chinese or Korean who can speak good Japanese has much more chances to get a good job or success in Japan.

Almost half of the entire population is going to get locked up with their first proposal 🤣🤣

The election vision document of HÜDAPAR, partner of the People's Alliance:

📌 Sex before Marriage and adultery should be considered crimes

📌 Co-education obligation should be removed

📌The Law No. 6284 should be changed

📌 Indefinite alimony should be removed

The economic model based on interest should be abandoned.

I am really curious about any proposed judicial framework to investigate sex before marriage.

Otherwise who the f*ck is going to plea guilty?😆

As you know, the Constitutional Court postponed the HDP's closure case and did not cut treasury aid. Approximately 550 million liras of election aid was provided. Now, HDP decided not to enter the elections and dissolved itself.

Now we ask: Where is 539 million liras? The party was dissolved and all its organs were transferred to the new party. To which people and accounts was the Treasury aid transferred?

HDP was asked to defend itself on this issue, but party officials refused the court's call and did not go to defend themselves.

This 539 million liras should be collected from the members of the Constitutional Court who voted unanimously and did not cut the treasury aid. I have seen very few things in my life that are so embarrassing.

The biggest reason why the terrorist party is so daring and threatening today is the encouragement they have been given and the incompetent people who occupy the authorities.

Thats a expected world view, the same in Europe and Turkey too, Turks will also never accept the current refugees and their childrens children as Turks.
And their view of Turkey, well also expected from a first world perspective.

The eastern Asian had a much similar looking (for example all of them are black hair brown eyes but Turks had brown red black or blonde hair, blue eyes or brown eye)

So that they are much more focus on physical appearance than us.

According to Ragip soylu
Erdogan didnt want to allow the funds to be given to the HDP; however, the judge involved in the case decided to act alone and proceed with HDP's demand to unfreeze the funds. When Erdogan called him to complain of his rulings, the judge stated that there is no legal base to stop HDP's funds as there is no concrete evidence tying the HDP to the PKK

Another SDF commander was killed yesterday . from what I see , MIT and TSK are rushing to kill as much as SDF and PKK possible before the change in the next election giving that if ( my projection ) CHP win the election , the will need SDF and PKK on their side for the Syrian refugee upcoming deal since the new president will command both MIT and TSK to stop operations .

News of the killing of a leader of the SDF militia by targeting a Turkish march to his car at the Nusaybin border crossing with #تركيا in #القامشلي

I think the problem of our country is so many citizens don't respect the law.

We must draw all the illegal workers out and protect the job of Turks
