Looks already deleted but i saw this tweet few minutes ago.

Firstly no, many engine builders actually do present their projects. Literally noone else ever goes to an industry fair and says "oh we made this in our free time, it's quite literally the second most powerful fighter jet engine ever built." Noone buys this. Any person with a modicum of knowledge on the matter simply calls it bs if they are a foreigner or goes out of their way to not call it bs if they are Turkish. Because kids will go angry when you call this stuff bullshit, because the MoD himself wouldn't lie.

What's shown is not an engine. It looks like an engine, but it isn't. Lack of test footage also corroborates the same. There's no second team working on a 42K engine behind the veil. Making a 35K engine is hard as it is and it's taking years of our time and millions. There's no need for this bullshit. It simply only damages our reputation.

Whoever is spouting all these are hacks, they are liars, working to line their own pockets. They are basically traitors to this country. All this is a sham, lie. I simply hope that this is not a sign of what's to come for this industry. If it is, we are fucked. No ifs, no buts. This is nothing less than spitting on the faces of tens of thousands of people working on this industry, trying to build actual, real things.

The yandas's have moved on to the last industry that has not been completly sucked dry by them.

This is the their entry into that.

We will see money go into these "projects" that exist only on paper with nothing to show for it and the money will and up in the pockets of a handful yandas's.

MSB also has nothing to do with the TSK. MSB is a department run by the ruling party, as such they can run free there meanwhile all this hurts the reputation and credibility of actual competent companies and worst of all TSK.

I don't think votes are the motivator because they don't need anything extra against such inept opposition.

What is going with defence industry?
Apart from Kaan flying, Hurkus flying and being sold , Hurjet likewise, or defence and ballistic missile documented successes , what is really happening.
All this drama, yesterday and today on this forum and elsewhere, for what exactly?
Is is it some sort of competition who is more in the daily routine mould?
Turkey has been developing ballistics and rocket engines for some time, so I think that Turkey can make ICBM , though I don't see the point without nuclear warheads. But then again maybe Pakistan can provide one or two?
I am more sceptical about this air engine but as far as I know, even on this platform, people have been saying that TAI can make in-house 60 to 70 % of F110 engin, so I think in the last 10 years, Turks could add another 30 40% .
In any case,we will see in year or two
MSB institute? Well, if it is supposed secret like these projects , so why would they be clear to public????

And yes , if I am them ( Turkish government) I would do the same things, afterall destroy in valuable project is kind of hobby of previous structures and I believe that fact has been mentioned here on few occasions, no?
