I am lost for words.
I was feeling ashamed about the Yildirimhan being a propaganda piece; now Guchan???
What on earth they have been smoking?

Unless it has TEI and TRMotor signature under it, forget it. It is a joke!

Dude you replied my Güçhan turbofan engine post from X, not Yıldırımhan ICBM 😉
Normally there are no roket thrusters in a turbine engine unless it is a hybrid engine or thrusters are used in place of a starter turbine engine to give the initial turn to the main engine. Some engines like rotating detonation engines need to have reached some tresholds speeds to start, so an experimental hybrid engine maybe in question likes of which appear in some novalty projects around the world.

So, they had fuck ton of time to prepare a some mock-ups and info sheets and they couldn't even get those right? Fucking hell, clowns the lot of them.

I will not personally let this gaff (an embarrassment tbh) ruin my expo fun. I’ll leave it behind me and enjoy the expo just the same.

These are not the products you’re looking for, move along

I don't know why exists a maker like the MSB Arge as there already are government companies tasked to do every bit of work they want to do.

I believe we should look at this from a wider angle, not only as an embarrassing gaff of propaganda.
This looks more of show of military muscle as a political tool for some certain actors.

Ok now.

Güchan 42000lbf engine and the Yildirimhan are only on paper, lets make that clear to all.

I think we can all relate to Güçhan but YıldırımHan is more of a question mark for me.

If 1) they got know-how from Roketsan and Delta-V
2) they have engineers from those companies
3) it is being worked on since Yıldırım projects started.
That could be something real. No need to mention these are some important ifs.

Day by day, we are being Iran-ish in this show-off of the defence industry. Just poor propaganda!
How possible is it for MSB R&D department to make a TF engine like that? -Zero!

Looks like the forgot to delete the bottom row for the infostand at the show when they used the same template from Yildirimhan. Here the last row with “Number of Rocket Engines” is missing.

clown show either way.

don’t know what the purpose of this is. They are saying they have a engine on the same level as the F-135 (impossible)

and Yildirimhan if not real is even a bigger debacle.

Reminds me of all these prototypes MKE loves to show off at events just for them so vanish from the face of the earth.
God forbid the same mentality is taking over MSB slowly.

They probably are developing an economical 5th gen fighter as well, maybe with also a carrier capability as Kaan cannot be a carrier fighter. This new fighter jet would basically use the same sub systems as Kaan, to reduce development costs. Single engines are easier to maintain and less expensive. I wouldn’t be surprised.

Oh mate, you have some catching up to do 😂

When I was going to the sleep thism morning(was at the night shift), seeing the 100th Pars İzci made me smile.

I woke up and saw we have ICBM and 42000lb engine! (well at least as a project)

Yep, I indeed have some catching up to do :D
