Don't be so sure, it's kind of a semi-well-known fact that intelligence agencies worldwide use fake profiles and sometimes even pay people to spy or shill for them online. It's not their secret weapon or anything but it is something that they have in their arsenal.

Not that I am accusing anyone here. This is a forum for information after all.

When we look at the questions he asks, he seems like a knowledgeable person, but he asks so many questions that we do not know what to say

The point is that he's asking for information that should be a state secret?
It doesn't matter if he asks questions. Why does he ask such detailed questions?

Thanks to @Stimpy75 , a clear image of Aselsan's KALKAN-II Mobile Medium Altitude 3D Air Defense Radar

IMG_20210818_135329.jpg

KALKAN-II is a mobile X band phased array 3D search and track radar for point and area defence of critical military and civilian assets. KALKAN-II offers an instrumented range of 120 km and can track multiple targets accurately, adding classification and identification information to each target track.

KALKAN-II is a phased array radar with multi-beam architecture optimized for search and track functions. The system employs advanced electronic protection measures; it uses digital pulse compression for high range resolution, low transmission power and pulse coding.

KALKAN-II is a compact and easy-to-use standalone radar system with sensor on a trailer towed by a tactical truck. The system includes a built-in IFF, north finding sensor, two power generators, radio and GPS. KALKAN-II can send target and jammer reports to Command Control Systems over its radio and can receive commands from the C2 system. KALKAN-II is currently the main radar of the Turkish Armed Forces’ mobile Air Defense Early Warning and Command Control System (SKYWATCHER) and Medium Altitude Air Defense Missile System (HISAR-O).

Applications
• Point and area air defence of critical assets
• Integration to Air Defense Missile Systems & Command Control Systems or a radar sensor in self-operating mode

Features
• 3D Detection and Tracking Fighters, Helicopters, Hovering Helicopters, Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs), Cruise Missiles
• Multiple target tracking
• Classification of targets
• Identification of targets with integrated Mode 5 IFF
• Jammer direction finding
• Remote operation with Command Control System
• Transportable with its own tactical truck having power and communication subsystems

Technical Specifications
• Operating Frequency : X-Band
• Instrumented Range : >120 km
• Target Track Capacity : >60
• Azimuth Coverage : 360°
• Elevation Coverage : -10° / +55°

Bad pixel width. Hope they can lower that
Mikro Tasarım company, which is a subcontractor in Aselsan's NAR project, has high resolution NIR VNIR SWIR MWIR LWIR detector studies. The company participated in IDEF 2021, but apparently no one from the forum visited. In addition, with Aselsan's high-resolution NAR project, where the first products will be unveiled this year, Turkey may enter the world league in infrared detectors.

For detailed information:

Tübitak Sage GM Gürcan Okumuş also said in an interview he gave in the past months that there are still ongoing problems in IIR sensor development, as a result of the studies carried out, this problem will be solved within 1-2 years.

Physicist Bilge Demirköz from METU visited the company and tested HD SWIR products.

They produce ROICs not FPAs ...they are different subsystems of the the sensor .. aselsan is working on FPAs ..they already reached the mass production with uncooled microbolometer but still not with the cooled mct detector
