I have questions:

Why does our EW pods have to be pods that take up space on the wings?
Can we not put them above the airframe like an awacs plane?
Is that even a big problem?
Is it possible to 'bury' the EW pod into Anka-III's body? Maybe make it retractable or something.

You need to modify the fuselage to conform it to the aircraft itself, which creates a new version of the aircraft. You would also need to modify the existing aircraft to fit it and we have hundreds of UAVs.

Unless we are directly talking about a very specialized aircraft like Anka-I, most of the time you don't need this kind of equipment on your aircraft as well, so it being embedded would just raise the cost and lower the endurance due to higher weight, and drag even if it's not fitted in.

APG83 is scaled down version of APG81 and it have 1200 t/r modules. So lets asume it have 1000 module APG83. That extra TR modules give us edge?

APG-83 isn't just a scaled downed version of APG-81.
Don't believe how they advertise it. APG-83 lacks certain critical (hardware and software) elements and technologies of APG-81.

We will develop the FULMAR Maritime Search and Reconnaissance Surveillance Radar System in AESA structure to be used on our developing national UAVs and maritime patrol aircraft.

With the Engin Maritime Surveillance Radar (DGR) Project, we will provide our Navy with advanced surveillance capability, range resolution better than 3 meters, and the ability to take precautions against electronic jamming.
