Why do people keep asking that? We answered that multiple times in the past.

I did URL based queries on Google of this thread.
The search about GaN yielded a post from the first page from @Test7 . It says "Thanks to our partnership with AB-MikroNano, it will be possible to localize all these Gallium-Nitrate (GaN) transmit/receive (T/R) modules in Phase-2 and on-going radar projects." No other comments about GaN production or AB-MikroNano from the thread according to the google result.
The queries were:

On GaAs, there's only a discussion on page 24 but no mentioning of production capabilities.
The query was:

Furthermore, on ASELSAN's website under the section "Microwave Products" it says ASELSAN has a design center for GaN and GaAs based technologies and no reference to the manufacturing capability.

Also, despite the factory groundbreaking event in 2014 for AB-MikroNano, I couldn't find any info about the company's products or the current state.

Hence the question.

The Retinar FAR-AD can detect and track threats with its 40° elevation angle up to 7 km for land targets and mini/micro UAV’s up to 3 km.

The Radar gives information on direction, speed, distance (up to 9 km) and orientation of targets through “User Interface Software” to its operator.

They have set their goals in the roadmap that should be available somewhere in this thread.

As far as I know, it is the first GaN-based radar to enter the inventory so the GaN era is officially started.
