There will be a facility in Gebze which will be owned by Tubitak (Qatar will help with purchasing machinery) with 65nm capability and there will be a FAB in Ankara details are not known yet. 22nm product might be produced with 3D Tri-Gate transistor technology in Taiwan. It is important because Intel's famous 14nm node is also a 3D Tri-Gate. 22nm node is a big leap in transistor technology and 22nm is the first modern node.

It would be great if they mentioned which type of ARM core they are using.
I doubt they will be using ARM. It's not open source, and licensing it for arms is risky (pun very much intended). ÇAKIL used RISC-V, this is probably an evolution of our custom RISC-V implementation.

Will it be processed with mill water in Ankara? I think east of Antalya would be a good choice. There are places outside the earthquake zones, such as Mersin, Sinop and Tekirdağ, but Antalya comes to mind since nuclear power plants are being considered there. Of course, Ankara's geographical and strategic location and the presence of important industrial organizations make it attractive.

FCR is important it is an X-band radar. It might be the first use of national X band GaN T/R modules.

Water is not a problem.

Ankara cannot find water to drink, water is a problem in such a plac

Industrial water is not the same as drinking water though.
Also Ankara has more than 1,5 billion cubic meters of capacity with 38,5% filled rate. For comparison Istanbul has 886,7 million cubic meters with 49,5% filled rate. Ankara has nearly double capacity and reserve than Istanbul.

BTW I'm also somewhat skeptical but he insisted that there is more to EIRS than it is revealed. EIRS has better performance than the radar of S-400(they have on-field performance data of S-400 radar). That is why Aselsan CEO says we don't need S-400 anymore.

Some more info. Some capabilities of the radar are at the T/R module level and some capabilities are at the building block level. Aselsans architecture revolves around T/R modules coming together to form building blocks. I don't know if it is the same for other big AESA radar producers. Every T/R module can be controlled independently for some functions but can only be controlled at the building block level for others.

We don't have the building block specs but if it is similar to MURAD AESA building blocks (16 T/R modules per block) EIRS might have 250 building blocks (4000T/R modules) another alternative might be 256 building blocks for 4096 T/R modules (Well digital design works like 8-16-32-64-128-256-512-1024-2048-4096)

18 EIRS will be delivered by 2030 both in fixed and mobile versions.

Firstly This is not MURAD. It's shape is more rectangular to be able to fit in F16s nose
Secondly these are just low quality mockups. Don't make assumptions over them
