We should prefer Assad above the rapist Takfiri-Jihadists (HTS).

Russia can push Assad to a deal with Turkey.

Negotiating with HTS is much harder.
Putin and Assad are too busy with bombing hospitals and killing children in Idlib. There's no negotiating with them.

Jolani is interested in finishing this war.

BIG CLAIM: Syrian Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) group reportedly plans to rebrand with a Syrian name and adopt the revolution flag as its official banner following territorial expansion in Aleppo & beyond.

Discussions within the group suggest a shift towards a more civilian structure, strengthening the Salvation Government, with HTS Leader Abu Mohammed al-Joulani transitioning to an advisory role.

Syrian Salvation Government is not a Turkish led or directly Turkish supported faction. But Idlib regions use the Turkish lira and their electricity for the last 5 years have been provided by Turkey. Regardless, if this ends with Jolani at the top, what happens to SNA?

No they don't have to send anything. They'll need it for their own protection. Unless you are going to finance them from out of your own pocket.

Are they know, how to handle? What about practice? In the best case, it works in a network, which Syrian rebels don’t have.

All the Equipments has to be send to Ukraine. They know how to use.

It is unlikely that anyone will give it to Ukraine. The Podlet radar is a new development (2010), it may be of interest to military engineers. There does not seem to be an export version. This means that the Russians themselves abandoned it when they fled from military bases after a sudden attack by the rebels. Apparently, Assad's army has no new military equipment at all. Apart from the T-90, almost everything is old.
In this sense, the most interesting thing is probably at the main Russian base in Khmeimim ;)

Seems like a similar move to YPG then to SDF is taking place, probably the same assembly of people behind that move are partially in charge here as well; I wonder what their endgame is here as this entity and SDF cannot possibly be assumed to live happily ever after, no matter what leniency has been shown in the past when they were much weaker.

The pain must have hit deep in this case in the nuts....
What do countries like Russia and Iran expect that they themselves exert influence in foreign countries like Syria, Iraq & Co through hard & soft power and think they have to weaken Turkey and put it under pressure and complain that Turkey can play this game even in the Champions League Class if it has to.

Stupid is not even a more accurate term for it.
The Iranians are being Sandwiched by Israel and Turkey unofficially by the SNA rebels & Co = Double Penetration.
