If Azerbaijan is to be a part of the program, their universities will take part in the program in some way or another, like ours do. Russophile academicians should be kept under watchful eyes. Same with Anglophile ones too, of course.Armed Forces ok but whats with the universities(elaborate)?
Havent they already done a cleanup after they got rid of the Russophile military personnel? If Azerbaijan is to be a part of the program, their universities will take part in the program in some way or another, like ours do. Not enough. Universities are prime breeding grounds for fifth-column activities and general mankurtery.Havent they already done a cleanup after they got rid of the Russophile military personnel?
What level of tech is Turkey willing to share with Azerbaijan and probably Pakistan (as some rumors state)?Azerbaijan will send 200 engineers to Turkiye to get training according to the Kaan cooperation agreement.
Temel Kotil says TAI has 5 F110s, 5 more will be delivered. F110s will be produced in Turkiye. Big news if it is true.

Is it only involving parts production or may involve more complicated processes? And how will Turkey guarantee that the parts to be produced abroad is of superior quality and cheaper when Azerbaijan currency is better than the lira?
We have already given them UAVs, this is an indication that we will do the same with this plane. We'd have to be idiots of colossal proportion to include Pakistan is any capacity in Kaan, imo even as a customer. They are a step or two away from collapsing and turning into an unofficial satellite to China, I wouldn't want any of our critical tech anywhere near them.
Well, should be true if temel kotil says it no?Azerbaijan will send 200 engineers to Turkiye to get training according to the Kaan cooperation agreement.

UAV's are one thing, Kaan is a completely different story though. I also wouldn't want Kızılelma or Anka-3 to be sold to them as well.We have already given them UAVs, this is an indication that we will do the same with this plane.
