They are proportional to the dimensions of the plane. With its 21 meter length it is 2 meters longer than the F-22 and only 20cm shorter than J-20.

I suppose locality rates are calculated by costs of components. And workmaship costs of designing and assembling of the plane are not included in the total. This should indicate how dependant the product is on foreign sources.

I wonder if this rate is calculated with the foreign engine at this stage or with the future domestic engine. Probably the serial production locality rate will be different.

If there's capacity of course.
