If first installation 2032 and B30 production in 2035 happens, literally öp başına koy; best case scenario.
It is one of the scenarios and the ultimate scenario, however it is the least likely scenario. "Necessitiy is the mother of inventions" and it is necessary for the engine to be usable earlier like if the F110 engines won't arrive the TF35000 engine has to be fast tracked and must be readied by 2029, in whatever condition it is, be it only at 80% power or having only 300 hour maintenance intervals. The only requirement that must be satisfied is that it keeps running without losing power and keeping the plane performing better than a Hürjet. When it is better than any of our other domestic and independent options it is already the king of planes for us. The engine is half the plane if the plane performs its functions as expected only lacking like 20% in power it is good enough.

Unless we copy f110 for which I'm still hopeful. Yes I know güçhan is fake and a joke, but technically speaking I think we can start pumping out f110 clones in 2 years if we set out for it. Politically, I think Americans will drag their feet with the engines and there will be Israel related crises (multiple) and we'll have to do it or postpone KAAN production to 2035+.

So TEI is building the TF35000 in 2027, ground testing in 2028,2029,2030; flight testing in 2031,2032.

Ground testing will involve rebuilding iterations and with every build they will get closer to the targeted performance levels. Mahmut Akşit mentioned that up to 15 rebuilds before the engine is fully developed is a norm of the industry. However I believe they will not be making that many builds as modern day technology allows more realistic simulations. Probably by end of 2029 they will have achieved 90% of the goals already. Modern day understanding is when you are already 90% developed you are ready to deploy, the 10% improvement that you ultimately want to have can come after you are already deployed.
