BecauseThere is a lot going wrong in the transport of wounded. Why did they closed the Military hospitals in the first place?
Because some people think that soldiers is not more special and don't have special needs compared to the civilians. This is why they don't need military hospitals or courts.

However in most countries in the middle east, military courts were one of the best way rulers used to dispose of unwanted personnel quickly, effeciently and without facing against the constitution. Many dictators and military leaders after coups loved military courts

I mean the military hospitals are essential for the army; so why on Earth would you stop it
