I could guess why but let's not talk about it... those military hospitals, paramedics are needed now. God knows how many soldiers could have been saved if we had those.

Soldier get's injured, first aid probably from comrades, has to wait for the helicopter, transport period till the hospital... in such a situation every second is important.

Military courts are a good thing if it was used correctly
However in most countries in the middle east, military courts were one of the best way rulers used to dispose of unwanted personnel quickly, effeciently and without facing against the constitution. Many dictators and military leaders after coups loved military courts
That is why I was with the AKP in dismantling it; although I didnt like that they dismantled military hospitals along with it
I mean the military hospitals are essential for the army; so why on Earth would you stop it

The solution should be to make sure military courts cannot be misused, not abolish them entirely.
