Could be, depends on where this is from and when this shot was made? Do you have a link to the origin?
It's Hatay Forestry ministries Tb2 for monitoring and early warning of fires..
Its todayDo you have a date/news article?
All for the TSK or also foreign customers?Pretty much confirmed then. As of today at least 154 TB2 produced.
If the rate of production of the TB2 is 48 per year then there have been 32 TB2 produced since February this year. That would mean 144+32=176 TB2 produced by now.
I don't know but perhaps the number '1' before the three digits points to the user, in this case Turkey being the 1st user of the TB2. That would mean at least 154 TB2 have been in service with Turkey. All for the TSK or also foreign customers?
Looks like they are testing an improved variant of TB2. De-icing system and second camera on the tail, and Aselsan CATS E/O

likely TEI PG115 being tested too

And further confirmation of Aselsan CATS being tested on TB2

Bayraktar TB3(tactical block 3) confirmed with TEI engine.
What I deduced is that TB3 will use the same engine used on Akinci. There will be several versions of akinci not just one version with Ukrainian engine..I was expecting a 'gift' on Turkish republic day. Does anyone have a clue what engine this is? A new one or the PG115? To me it sounds like a diesel engine??
"The test images are from a month ago.
The tested engine is not a prototype, but a mass production engine."
Unless TB3 is going to surpass ANKA in all parameters, then it will be an all new UAV together. It indeed looks like a huge engine being tested for TB3.What I deduced is that TB3 will use the same engine used on Akinci. There will be several versions of akinci not just one version with Ukrainian engine..
Negligible differences
