Of course the experience gained from TS1400 will accelarete the process of TF6000. However, they are different types of engines. It should be taken into consideration as well.

TEI have been making parts for turbofan engines for ages.
So they have nothing to wait for on the production side.
It does not make a whole lot of a set back if the first batches of engines aren't up to snuff. The Kızılelma the first plane the TF6000 engine can power is currently powered with a lesser engine, so the plane can tolerate lack of power as the TF6000 is nominally 2.722 kgf while the dry power of the afterburner engine Kızılelma will be powered with is only 2500 kgf. As the TF6000 will be military initially it does not need to go through civilian certification either. Although a turbofan engine can be considered a bigger deal than a turboshaft engine it is actually a little less involved as it won't need the high power gear reduction that a turboshaft needs. In a nutshell there are all the basis why it can be made on a fast track. I am hopeful.

Akinci will greatly increase Turkish munition exports; bombs, cruise missiles, A2A missiles etc.

It will generate great income for Roketsan and Tubitak Sage

Customers will probably want to integrate the munitions in their inventory.

thats no possible, if the x country allows you to. You need codes to use ther weapons, like Americans want our source code of our weapons to able to use in F35 or F16 will they have to give ther codes. So basicly they will never give it...

TF 6000 was patented on 05.05.2021

TS1400 was patented on 06.01.2019 - project started on 08.03. 2017 - test infrastructure contract date 25.06.2020
If everything goes well (on the bureaucratic side) TF-6000 may power the drone in 2025. That is (was) the plan. That way it may start first carrier-based ground trials in 2027-2028 and adopted on the carrier by 2030 and certified.

The Navy wants to fire an Atmaca anti-ship missile from Akıncı.
Navy wants to get Akıncı since the beginning, the C variant with 2 x 950 HP engine was particularly for the Navy.
Been telling since 2 years or so; Hunter-Killer duo is Aksungur-Akıncı, Aksungur detects, Akıncı hits.
