Soon it will be necessary to expand this map to show South America.
These kind of maps get messy real quick. There are too many combinations to account for. There should be an interactive map where you can check or uncheck the models and see a more clear picture.

TCG Anadolu is an amphibious assault ship. So as a Landing Helicopter Dock LHD it was built to attack the enemy with the various weapons it would carry. Primarily for air to surface attack it is furnished with helicopters. For land attack it has the Super Cobra helicopters (to be replaced by T-929s which will have more capabilities) and for sea targets as well as land targets, it has Seahawks that can carry weapons for ASW and ASUW missions.

If it can be safely landed and taken off , a squadron of TB3 drones that have a long range and long flight time, will provide additional ample capability for assault and intelligence gathering that will be invaluable.

As a landing ship it will carry armoured attack vehicles varying from Altay tanks to marine assault vehicles like ZAHA; Most probably ULAQ class unmanned boats too.

When it has all this in it’s arsenal, trying to add a difficult and potentially damaging third air platform like KE, to increase it’s firepower further seems rather too ambitious and unnecessary.

KE and Hurjet-Naval should be considered for a second ship that is purpose built as a small but slightly longer carrier of fixed wing aircraft. (It is a fact that these platforms are mostly come in pairs anyway to be most effective.)

Yeah agreed, only if there was some sort of an open source interactive map thingy...

I have such a script that I had coded many years ago that I used to calculate my patent application fees. With one click it adds groups of countries on the map or wipes them clean and also recalculates their total population and share of world economy and such. But it uses pure java script and requires scripting access on a website. If Defencehub provides a directory to upload it we could give it a spin.

Fatih is simply the best in the business when it comes to photos. Lovely, very high quality shots. Give him all the access. Getting tired of 720p photos and grainy video captures. It's 2023.

Now if Turkey can really pull this off, it will not only cement her place in the global arms market but also firmly establish her as one of the leading warfare innovators in the world!

Hope they tie up a deal with Brazil fast. Don’t care whether Tb3 or Kizilelma, just sell an UAV to be launched from that CV so that we can display what a game changer/doctrine setter Turkey has become.

Brazil has a system idea that unvolves arresting cables and its project is older than whatever baykar has planned(if at all).

if anything they will ask for technical assistance

Yes they have a long history of CV operations but don’t have a CV ready UAV let alone a jet powered one.
If there is an Embraer UAV project going on, that’s, of course, another story.

Isn't it time for Tusaş to get into the UAV business for ships?
They have 2 new helicopter, 2 new plane (3 if you count Hürkuş-2) and 1 new drone project ongoing already. Why would they jump into another drone project while their new one hasn't even flown yet?
