Why? Eventually, TAI should move forward just with unmanned aircrafts as direction is on that way.
Eventually is in the future but not just yet. Complaining about lack of engineers but spreading your efforts over many projects while also duplicating similar efforts like Kızılelma is counterintuitive. TAI has lots of projects at hand which needs to be completed in due time.

Anka-3 has not flown yet, in contrast to statements being made about an imminent flight for almost a year.

T-625 has not been delivered yet, in contrast to statements being made about an imminent delivery for almost a year.

Hurkus has not been adopted by Turkiye, due to not meeting requirements.

TAI really needs to focus and stop overextending themselves. Way too many important projects are in their hands.
Forget Anka 4. Make TF-X, Hurjet, Anka-3, T-625 and Hurkus-2 successful products first.

What do you think these engineers specialized with UAVS do after completion of Anka 3/4 ? They should continue with uav development. You just want monopoly.

If they can find a solid foreign partner for Anka-4, the scene might not be so bad after all.

Hell no! Everybody knows that TAI can do a better unmanned fighter jet in terms of stealthiness, quality, and capability. I won't stop asking for TAI's own roadmaps' last / ultimate goal, which is something like Kızılelma and if they don't do it = bad smells.

Temel Kotil should not lose his focus and leave duplication projects for after completion of existing projects.

If Baykar made those statements we would see different reaction

i guess the question here is a partner for what ? share the financial burden or technical assistance ?
if it's only about money i guess we will find a lot of prospects in the gulf for anka 4
if t's about technical assistance that's gonna be tuff, i would like italians to join us in ANKA 3-4 since they were involved in neuron, and they don't have a competing project, they have the know how. could be nice .

Anka-4 will spell the end for manned fighters. If you want to kill Hürkuş, Hürjet and even Kaan go ahead and start Anka4, that's shooting oneself on the foot. Such a capable unmanned fighter can even eliminate the need for a large air force. Is the US making one or the Brits, where is an example?

We don't know what ANKA-4 is and its capabilities. Foretelling the demise of manned platforms because of it is not warranted. And I recommend you to read on "why KODAK failed?" if you believe what you said is true.

Anka4 is meant to be a superior fighter jet to Kızılelma.
