Not necessarily, we don't know how much Emirati Block 60s were modified to accept the CARTS. Block 60 is a special aircraft developed for UAE, not directly related to Block 70 Viper.
The F-21, which seems like nothing more than a rebranded F-16 B70, is also equipped with CARTS.

Strange!
F-21 designation has been used for the Israeli Kfirs operated by the US.

One must assume that the general staffs of many armies around the world are closely monitoring the fighting in Ukraine (and in other regions). There is no doubt that wars are changing their character.
This is especially true for the air component - drones and unmanned aerial vehicles. More precisely, they influence the nature of combat operations more than other types of weapons.
The Russian military publication Topwar for the first time published a video of the destruction of a Ukrainian tank by an Orion drone missile.
(Given the Russians’ habit of lying about everything, I can’t vouch for the authenticity of the fact)

The same publication writes: “Anti-drone guns are losing effectiveness on the front lines.”
«Anti-drone guns used by Russian soldiers on the front lines are gradually losing their relevance, the commander of one of the electronic warfare units said.

The use of anti-drone guns on the front line does not bring the effect that is expected from them. This is due to the development drones, which become "smarter". According to the commander of the electronic warfare unit, when an anti-drone gun is used on a UAV, it simply rises up automatically, where it re-establishes communication.
Anti-drone guns remained effective rather in the rear, and by about 10 percent, in my opinion. The thing is that if a drone loses connection, then according to its flight mission it rises up until it catches a signal again.
...the most effective means of combating drones on the front lines are considered to be hunting rifles and shotguns, which can destroy drones at a range of up to 50 meters».

One of our colleagues suggested turning the Hurjet into a drone. The Americans did the opposite. This is what the Russian military publication Topwar writes.

Pepelats? Without a gravitsapa?? Again?

«Stunning news, which will make many smile later: the first prototype of the Model 437 from Northrop Grumman subsidiary Scaled Composites took to the air. This device has been developed as an improved combat drone "Loyal Wingman" since at least 2021, but this first issue appeared in a very unusual way: with a pilot's cabin, that is, for some reason the drone was converted into a pilot's cabin. And there is something to think about here...»

Such a typical Turkish mentality: "En azından başında biri dursun." THAT'S A DRONE. Why give away all the advantages of having an unmanned platform? And you can't power a good plane with 2x6000 (10000) pound engines. Any light stealth manned fighter has to wait for TF35000 engine.

Ramp test of Baraktar tb3 completed

Nice bit of public show. Good stuff nevertheless. This test has to be done. These are the first steps yet. But any plane can do that, if it has the wings and lift required.

What would be great is when the TB3 stops 150m before the start of the ramp and applies brakes while throttling up. Then it releases brakes and takes off.
That will prove that it can take off from TCG Anadolu. Now, that will be an achievement.
With those long wings and the powerful engine, TB3 is expected to manage to do that.

Of course, the next natural stage we would expect is, landing without hook and arresting wires, whilst not touching the back lift surface, and stop within 150 metres, before the ramp. Now that needs a bit of magic.

That video is misleading. Here is the official video. Baykar doesn't mention anywhere, that Ski-jump tests are "completed".

We are in the beginning of a new industrial and technological revolution. AI and Drone technologies will be the most important weapons of this new century and I feel like Turkey is about to miss this train too while it focuses all of it's resources on only developing big and expensive drones... Just watching this video can show how much potential they have on the battle field. See how effective Shaheds and FPV drones are in Ukraine.

Baykar often uses first prototype for know-how process, as technology demonstrator or purely experimental. In another words it is a toy for the engineers to play with and improve what they have applied or adapted on the frame, avionics and design and study it after the flights, sometimes even dismantling.

Same applies for TB3-PT1, it has flown and done the deed, ski-jumped, used brakes for STOL and now they have investigated how did it go and how the controls can be further improved for adapting a true - feasible and reliable STOL capability. It is close to be done but i might even expect PT3 to gone trials on TCG Anadolu. PT2 will be put through stress tests. They haven't shown all the tests for PT-1 and PT-2, and we know what they have explicitly shown. I personally, at least, expect one take off and commencing of the integration studies from TCG Anadolu within this year, at least it will be on the field conditions for a single trial while TCG Anadolu is stationary in Marmara sea, and the UAV landing back in the runway.
