TALAY seems to be a miniaturized version of a manned aircraft from Singapore guess Sen engineering with the capacity of 8 passengers and 1 ton
Doubt it. Ground effect vehicles are nothing new. You can make one at home yourself as well. No need to take an existing design and miniaturize it.

Having doubts is always good ….. having doubts about your doubts is even better…as you stated ground effect vehicles are nothing new and can make one at home but what you should not do is call it an innovative design as Solid Aero did, don’t you think.. ı mean by your logic and words

Checked the team, i don't happen to see someone who could design the shown aircraft from scratch with a good background knowledge on aerodynamics or WIG in particular. They should have done some wikipedia reading, found out about reverse delta wing* configuration and from there on found out the Singaporean design, and 'adopted' it.

*This is a patented design, per se.

For something innovative, see;

Moreover they have displayed the take off of a scaled model which definitely just jumps out of the water surface due to the propeller's unproportional lift/force.

The concept could be nice for fast logistic deliveries, but anything beyond that would be slightly questooned. Someone out there claimed a MPA design based on this, and a WIG aircraft contradicts the MPA doctrine, hence again likely they (company) claim this based on few articles related to ST Engineering design where it can be offered to an authority for fishery - port control. (And the article used MPA abbreviation).

But indeed good luck to the team. At least, at last we have a group who dares to think out of the box and not giving us good old VTOLs as 'new product'. A sea based MALE UAV could be much more beneficial in future allowing it to take off from any shore.

Design is originally German by Rhein Flugzeugbau/Fischer.
Serial production and further development by Widgetworks Singapore.

There is a Russian mini WIG aircraft which is copied by Iran that resemble these.
Like the Üstads above mentioned. Not a new thing.

Slowly but surely…

ASELSAN #TOLUN firing test from #ANKA -III developed by TUSAŞ was successfully completed. ✈️🎯

We watched this special moment that took place in Konya Karapınar online from Istanbul Teknopark. 🇹🇷

I heartily congratulate the entire team. 👏🏻
To many more successes!

No one has said anything about the Tolun being released upside down.
This is a bit like the Russian KGK bombs that are released upside down. Then it rotates and opens its wings.
Quite different to the KGK release video below

Still not IWB being used.
P1 doesn't have IWB.
Our best look to Anka-3's belly yet.

It's not new.

Maybe they detach to reduce drag at the 'terminal phase' for some reason. I can only speculate that it's for bunker busting. Something like that.

Or this version of the prototype doesn't have wings.

Or it's perfectly aligned with camera angle.

Really doubt that. Maybe they are different footage. Maybe the wings stay at a 90 degree angle to the camera, or the low image quality hides them.

The angle of the missile doesn't make it look like its gliding though, it looks like its just falling. In fact, it looks like it is dropping straight down in the video.

Maybe it's going horizontally until it's over target, then pops off its wings and transition into a 90 degree dive as a way to counter EW, being high up and all. Just throwing it ut there.
