Ofc, the Arabs benefit immensely from the skyrocketing energy bill the world has to pay now. So, I doubt they're in a hurry to help out their Western allies atm.
Meanwhile the Republicans has turned against Putin and demanding from Biden to cut ties with Russia, to sanction harder and to put more pressure on the Europeans to assist Ukraine as much as possible.
Tbf, the Republican party would have been more hesitant against Russia than the Democrats right now. We all know the many connections between the Republican camp and the Kremlin. It seems more like a strategic move to hurt the Democratic presidency than actually caring about Ukraine and the EU.
