Turkey made a vile mistake by shooting down the plane, for which it later apologized. Turkey was saved only by membership in NATO, the Black Sea was already under the control of the Russian Federation, and it would be very difficult for Turkey.

You violated our airspace while bombing our Syrian Turkmen brothers.

I tell you one thing Erdogan may have apologised or thrown the pilot into jail because of his weakness.

Most Turks actually support the shooting downing of the Russian jet. Get a taste of your own medicine.

Violate peoples airspace you deserve to get shot down. Deal with it.

İ want to ask you a some question.
You have lost your Black Sea flagship against a country that has no navy and airforce in the Black Sea. In this case, how can you control the black sea against a NATO-standard navy with well-trained personnel, ships and submarines?

Russia, having dealt a blow to the oil "business" of the Islamic State, has dealt a blow to Erdogan. The threat of a complete loss of oil flow by the president's son and the possible collapse of the "Islamic State" took off the head of Erdogan Sr. Our plane was shot down, he was so scared himself that, just in case, he sent a man to Brussels to negotiate with NATO.

The basis of the Turkish air defense system is the American anti-aircraft missile systems MIM-14 Nike-Hercules, (range 48 km, not produced since 1965, decommissioned by the US air defense in 1974) MIM-23 Hawk XXI (range 25 km, decommissioned by the US in 2000), British-Turkish Rapier, (range 7 km, adopted by the UK in 1972) American-Turkish FIM-92 Stinger and national Atilgan PMADS. Turkey does not have long-range air defense missiles. They will not be able to provide serious resistance to Turkey's air defense against our missile strikes.
