This war has at least shown us that ;

Small and light infantry groups equipped with manpads and anti tank weapons were decimating entire enemies columns and supply convoys. (the most important ones) You can't win a war without effective logistics following your armies' advance on the ground.

More importantly the transparency afforded to communicate these serious problems up the CnC Ladder.

Lower tiers of Russian military plainly knew this....but it was not communicated to the higher echelons in any robust impactful manner to add as deterrence for this kind of campaign strategy they elected for.

A real morass of situation.

The conditions of each war are special in itself. The Russian army is sinking into the mud, as Ukraine today consists of flat plains. That's why they can't move forward on flat lands. As they are doomed to the roads, they become clear targets. They cannot hide themselves in the field.

Therefore, Ukraine cannot move so easily against a Russian army that can normally advance on flat lands.

What was an example, I missed it? I give you an example from Yugoslavian military academies and military engineering schools. Form Iraq every single guy was a bottom of the classes, absolutely without fail. So white flags didn't occur by the chance and all that kneeling. That's how it went down.

Man this is the dumbest thing I ever heard, off topic and I won't respond anymore. How did Yugoslavia break up again? which components of Yugoslavia were being slaughtered en mass after declaring independence against the state and asked NATO to intervene in one of the largest air bombing campaigns in the world which broke up the country and reduced its status permanently? You are being completely hypocritical here about white flags, these are all your talking points, not mine. This is how you sound. I actually like Bosnians.

You are clearly ignorant about the state of Iraq before Saddam. Saddam is a good example of how when a government destroys the middle class, they destroy the country.

By the way, Ukraine stopped almost all of its agricultural exports which is really not good with regards to inflation and food security.

expect some rise of your bread and baguette price.
Western oligarchy cant withstand this. they need to solve the problem so their economy won't be affected so much.

Here is another good channel for folks to follow to get idea of some of the combat scenarios on the ground (that get somewhat lost among the greater theatre picture):

Video footage from either a body or helmet cam shows members of the Ukrainian elite police unit "KORD" destroying the remains of a Russian tank element with RPG-7 fire. From the howering drone and radio communication we can hear in the beginning it seems like the men were directing danger close artillery fire on to the Russian forces before they destroyed the remains by using RPGs. Interesting to see a police unit in such a role in active combat.

Luhansk - Ukraine:
As a result of the Ukrainian army's AUAV attack, the city's fuel tank was destroyed
quite an achivment and very intersting; destroying a fuel tank in Luhansk which is in Donbass region i.e ''very east of Ukraine'' with AUAVs stationed at the west of Ukraine. İt seems AUAVSs fly over whole Ukraine from west to very east without any interception by Russian Air force or Russian air defence systems.

We are seeing alot of Russian aircrafts shoot down !
How much are chances that west sent to Ukraine their SAMs , not stingers or other small one , but big one like Aster , or patriots ?!
If Ukraine survives(current govt)... I don't see any chance of giving those big boys to ukraine unless Biden is willing to give away those Sam's to Putin.

Giving those materials means direct war with Russia as (i think) there are no trained soldiers of ukraine, that means nato soldiers have to perticipate and that's not happening. (WWlll)🔥🔥🔥

Tb2 Bayraktar drone has already made its way into the music of Ukraine.

Centuries later there will be folk songs about this drone.
