I would be wary of such statistics, as enemy losses are almost always overstated. It is not even propaganda, necessarily, but a vehicle can be set ablaze or a soldier drop without actually being taken out of commission.

Yeah i get your point, this stuff should be kept under wraps, but then again the report could be made up to stir tensions. However i've always been of the opinion that the best way to deal with Russia is to show no respect whatsoever.

Russia has a political culture of humiliation, dishonour, deceit and manipulation. Erdogan spent years trying to appease Russia and the more he appeased them the more they took the piss. Interestingly enough the more he started indirectly going after Russia in various proxy wars the more Russia respected Turkey.

So say nice things to Putin and keep sending the Ukrianians more and more weapons to undermine the Russian war effort. At the end of of it Turkey and Russia will be really good friends.

To be honest, I haven't figured this one out yet.
