How did the Turks and the Germans with their hard trained and disciplined troops and great commanders lose against this incompetent Russian militairy doctrine in both World Wars? And how the hell did Napoleon lost his greatest elite troops against these guys?

Unbelievable. Especially the Germans. In World War II they had the best and most glorious army of the world with the most modern equipment and best trained troops, yet they couldnt capture a nitwit-city like Stalingrad. A better European army wont come again.

Russians had manpower and they knew how to use their environment to counter attack.

Invading Russia has always been suicide for European powers. Ottomans even did not bother and were too busy sending Tatars to raid.

Sweden once invaded Russia they lost due to weather which sapped their manpower and allowed the Russians to regroup.

Russia is just too big to control no matter what.

Onky successful ones were Turkics and Mongols aka Turco-Mongols. But remember this technology has led to destruction of nomadic armies along with proper modern defences which deterred raiders. Russia became a play ground for the nomads until the 1800s when things changed as Russia itself invaded Central Asia and conquering their former masters. They also made Mongolia their puppet.

I think I have said this thing a couple of times before. It takes time , distance, human and material resources to conquer the large areas combined that with Russian ruling classes willingness to sacrifice any amount of people and material in order to survive then you get your answer. Besides in many of those conflicts Russians had an allies and good deal of luck they have always been absolutely the same, no any change whatsoever and that's why they are paying the price now. Always the same political goals too , in 500 years this people haven't evolved in absolutely anything. Not in sentiments, not in the ambitions, not in habit or mentality, nothing. What they have been doing 200 years ago they do it now . Even now as it was 200 years ago ,they want Germans to arrange their country in many aspects , only difference being that now they kind of want by treats, coercion and other methods to achieve that. A bums

I think that the Oirats https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oirats who migrated from the lands of Dzungaria played a big role in the defeat of the steppe khanates. Some of their descendants, the Republic of Kalmykia, still live in the North Caucasus. They have entered into a military alliance with Russia. Until the 1740s, they almost destroyed the Kazakhs, this time is called Aktaban Shubyryndy in Kazakh, the time of trials. They defeated the Nogai Horde, the Siberian Khanate, and participated in Russian military operations against Kabarda and the Crimean Khanate.
This nation is not mentioned now, because in the 1760s they were completely exterminated by the Manchurian Expeditionary Corps.
If they had not been exterminated, their descendants numbering 20 million people would have lived in the north of East Turkestan (Uygurstan)

Kalmyks are the biggest Russian puppets.
