Russia tried to gain sympathy from Turks due to former ypg fighters joining Ukraine.

But instead the Turks on twitter ratio'd the Russian post by posting images and evidence of Russian support to the ypg.

Many Turks dont forget that it was the Soviets who were the brainchild of the pkk and how the pkk most of the time used soviet/russian arms to kill Turkish soldiers and Turkish citizens.
