russians mobilization was started on mid of March officially.
Full mobilization is running in mid, east, south of russia, where the poor people living and they do not have any control of saying anything. Even more those regions are living in other century....

But in west russia mobilization is going as careful picking of people. Because those people actually can able to start revolt. Specifically Moscow, St. Petersburg regions where most of population of russians (let say white russians) are living.
They are also represent spoiled children's of riches, high ranking, fathers on high positions also people with average standard of living etc.. people which have in control lot of departments and have some saying weight about this kind of decisions .

Azov soldiers is Azovstal is likely to surrender. Can't blame them, the Ukrainian leadership has abandoned them, and doesn't make any single attempt to lift the siege.

According to preliminary information, about 300 militants have left Azovstal, about 50 of them are wounded, now they are being taken to the Central Hospital of Novoazovsk, where they will receive the necessary medical care, the rest were taken away by buses towards Elenovka.
