Fairly old, happened at the beginning of the war. Russia bombed an aircraft factory and destroyed 2 or 3 MiGs that were sent there by Azerbaijan for repairs.

No apology or compensation forthcoming but this is the same country that throws out every excuse possible to avoid paying compensation to families of killed soldiers so it was to be expected.

On youtube video I posted lots of Russians are justifying it because Ukraine would have purchased the jets from Azerbaijan.

No proof whatsoever of that happening as usual Russians will justify a mosque, hospital or a church being blown up by saying terrorists or neo nazis were there.
