Just look at Turkish/Russian relations over Syria. Every agreement, every deal was broken by Russia. Not only when it was broken they took great enjoyment in humiliating the Turks over it. When their jet got downed for instigating trouble along the border, they became the biggest victim and isis narratives were propagated against Turkiye.
Probably a prime example of Russian treachery was when they bombed and killed Turkish troops. The agreement was that the Turks would provide their co-ordinates so the Russians know not to hit their positions. Turks provide those co-ordinates, the Russians then use them to bomb Turkish troops. They then say to the Turks they can't use the airspace, so ambulances are sent by land much slower to get their. Once they get their they bomb the ambulances and kill more, its then shown and celebrated on Russian TV.
Unfortunaty for the Russians that moment caused the idlib retalition. That kept the current opposition alive who would go on to send the Russians packing from syia in their totality, another defeat for the super power. Another great strategic blunder for 4d chess putin.
When dealing Russians you got to smash them at every opportunity, only a fool who knows nothing of history thinks you can have sensible dialogue with them. Zelensky calling Vance a bitch for acting like "diplomacy" would work with these communist shitheads was bang on the money. For all this talk about zelensky being a clown, a crack head, a homosexual the guy has shown massive balls in the face of both the USA and Russia.
And keep in mind that Syria is nothing compared to what Ukraine is to Russian geopolitical ambitions.
Russians will be laughing at the current dopes in the white house.
Hopefully Turkiye ramps up support for Ukraine. I'm not against sending tens of thousands of troops to Syria, more if required. I rather we fight the Russians in Ukraine with Ukainans then allow them to conquer Ukraine and who knows maybe 20 years down the line were fighting against Russians and Ukraine's in places like the Balkans, caucuses. Ukraine gave the world a great opportunity to put this beast to rest, its a shame that so many are fooled into thinking like a soviet.
