Footage of a Russian 300mm Tornado-S MLRS strike on a Ukrainian observation post located in an abandoned building. The video was filmed in Myrnohrad. A Ukrainian serviceman approached the windows and revealed the soldiers' location, after which a missile struck the building. The Tornado-S missile strike completely destroyed the Ukrainian army building.

Canada 🇨🇦 has announced a new $2.5 Billion usd economic aid package for Ukraine 🇺🇦. The funds will be transferred to Ukraine in early 2026, in support of Ukraine's economic budget, allowing the Ukrainians to use more of their tax base to support their domestic defense industry. This announcement comes 1 day before an important meeting between Trump and Zelensky tomorrow in Florida.

I really am astonished by the self-destructive patterns that are going on in Europe right now, your mindset is a great example of what is going on in Europe in the past 10-15 years, the self-destructive actions and self-harming mindsets of so many european politicians.

Look at Trump, hes a m*ron but at least he is in it for the interests of the US, even if he risks relationships with allied countries. As long as the USA profits.

Europe being completely opposite to that is the reason why that Europe is failing and the economy is struggling and they have major issues competitive and otherwise. Because they do things that actively hurt their own economy and people.

Europe should care about their OWN PEOPLE not go against them.

I don't give 0 crap about Russia, if Russia is thriving or if Russia is destroying itself, I don't care, I care about my own country, my own continent, our people, our standard of living, I care about the best life for the people here.

But you and most of the european politicians who think very similar to you would rather see this war drag on ( and this war is just 1 example of many) just because you know the longer it drags on the more it hurts Russia and the more impact it will have on Russia... doesn't matter if its also impacting Europe and having a negative effect on Europe and our own people, as long as Russia is getting f*ked its fine, even if we are getting f*ked also in the process.

It really is astounding, really, I will simply never comprehend it.
Colleague, no matter how much we discuss war and geopolitics, you always stubbornly steer the discussion toward economics. It seems to me that your inexplicable stubbornness has led to significant losses on the forum :), psychological, of course. Not a single argument, even the most compelling, presented by our colleagues seems to have shaken your, in my opinion, not entirely correct position on the war in Ukraine.
But fortunately, it turns out that not all Swiss agree with your firm position… It turns out there are people in Switzerland who think in different terms.

Allow me to introduce your Minister of Defense, Thomas Süssli.

Army Chief Süssli: "Neutrality does not automatically protect."

"The true scale of the threat in Europe has not yet been fully realized."

Armeechef Süssli: «Neutralität schützt nicht automatisch»

We are publishing rare footage of a Ukrainian army speedboat being destroyed by a Russian mortar attack. The mortar is being used by Russian servicemen of the 18th Combined Arms Army, Dnipro Forces Group. The video was filmed in the Dnieper River delta in the Kherson region. The Ukrainian boat was allegedly intended to deploy a sabotage and reconnaissance group. As a result of the attack, the Ukrainian boat sank. The location of the battle and the model of the Ukrainian boat have not been disclosed. After completing their mission, the mortar crew changed positions and resumed combat duty

Everything our Swiss colleague writes about Russia's unprovoked aggression against Ukraine is incomprehensible to me. Granted, he lives in a country very far from Russia, but he could at least squeeze out a few words for the sake of European solidarity :)
By the way, your point of view is even more unacceptable to me. Did you see Putin's ultimatum from November 2021, in which the Kremlin directly demands NATO "withdraw its troops and return to the 1997 borders"? Have you heard of this? All of Eastern Europe, including your Croatia, must, at Putin's demand, return to Russia's sphere of influence. And you, as I see it, are completely unconcerned. Isn't Croatian independence important to you? Or do you, like our Swiss friend, believe that the most important thing is the economy and, therefore, a comfortable life for Europeans?
You know, before the war in Ukraine, I followed, among other things, a Croatian military publication (I can't remember the name) for several years. Their expert analysis was top-notch when discussing other regions, compared to the sleepy European experts. But when Russia's aggression in Ukraine began, these well-informed, sensitive, and intelligent experts seemed to be replaced overnight and began writing nonsense, justifying Russian aggression in every article, denigrating and blaming Ukrainians, as if it weren't Russians killing people near Kyiv, but evil Ukrainians who attacked Moscow.

After a few weeks, I stopped reading them.
If you're a pro-Russian, I have nothing against that, but I will oppose anyone who fails to distinguish between aggressor and victim or who supports the Russian point of view.

Like other countries within the EU, Croatia does not conduct a completely independent foreign or domestic policy. Hungary is not a good example against my claim because Hungarians (Orban) are not protesting out of love for Russia but out of their own interests (cheaper energy = higher profits). Croatia has no direct points of contact with Russia throughout history, so we have not had a chance to quarrel. What we have in common with Russia is that our goals have even coincided throughout history (the fight against Germanization and the Turkish wars). So it is not surprising that there are no anti-Russian feelings here (in Croatia). We do not agree with the war because it is only to the detriment of both brotherly peoples (Russians and Ukrainians).
