METEKSAN marketing manager Mr. Burak Akbaş, announced that heavy class torpedoes will not be integrated for ULAQ SIDA.
Nobody has spoken about an HWT for the most recent ASW variant anyway, It was an LWT for sure, Orka.

He is referring to ASW variant revealed by the video in 23 April, not the other ASW variants which was posted by @Combat-Master also available in Ares catalogue:

The test was carried out with CIRIT without a warhead. It'll not take us long to see the warheaded test..

This was old though, the company was nobody but a few guys intended to scam, who first used some connections in media to purposefully distribute it as "stingray-like UUV is developed", caused a sensation and expect their Tubitak and SSB R&D project to be accepted in return of being famous and aired on TV.
they had no scientific or engineering background on the matter though, and failed in the application stage, later totally;

Although it doesn't mean such projects are not being carried on. There are at least two which is related to mimicking sea animals.

According to information published on the Twitter account of SSB (Turkish Defense Association), the ULAQ Armed Unmanned Surface Vessel (AUSV) jointly developed by the Turkish companies ARES Shipyard and METEKSAN has conducted the first successful firing test with a guided missile launched from the ULAQ during the naval military exercise Sea Wolf 2021.

Is it me only or Turkish weapon stations are always under-armed. May be because of technical difficulties, carrying capacity or high precision confidence but I find this very weird.. Why not cirit pods are 7 or 8 missile, why not 4x Umtas, why not SIDA has a machine gun :unsure: what about close proximity threats, is it hard to fire a remote controlled machine gun on an unmanned vehicle? For a small vehicle like this it is understandable to some extent but not for fnss weapon carriers with 2 omtas on it. Or Trg 230 has 4 small barrels looking empty while ussr smerch had 12, himars have 6, recently we saw Hurkus-C with 2 weapon station only. I hope all local products get more weapons load in time.

I think this is currently one of the heavily armed USV of its own class. It is good to start with reliable weapon station to figure out how it is going to be used.
I also think its capacity should be doubled, it should be either used with 16 cirit or 8 Umtas.
But 8/4 is good to start, also keep in mind the boat is very small. But i am sure it can be equipped with TRG-122 or Kuzgun NLOS in future.
Despite of having a bigger one, i still expect a smaller USV to carry either a machine gun or 8 Umtas or 8 cirit launcher ,in size about 6-7 meters.

For Hurkus-C, i told it elsewhere too, i doubt if the armed Hurkus is actually the combat variant, it should be the one derived from Hurkus-B with least amount of modification for JTAC.
The combat variant has strengthened wings to carry more paylod.
