They don't have any human onboard, so technically as long as they are not capsized they will remain operational one of the major factor is human for sea worthiness. But i don't think it will be disclosed up to which sea state the weapons will remain operational.
For frigates and corvettes, it depends but our Navy starts with minimum 5 for weapons to remain operational, above that it becomes partially operational and survivability is for 7-8 depending on the size.
Tuzla ytkb has a good design which allows it to hang on at higher sea state compared to its rivals around the world. It is really remarkable but those sea states are rarely needed because it mostly operates in littoral waters.

So sea worthiness of warships can be considered as a weapon. If you had warships which could be operational at 6-8 sea states ( i don't know if there are warships can do it) , you could defeat your enemy at rough sea which were very rare ,using winter hard weather conditions as advantage.
Some Navies could use this tactic.
