I guess let's see. This bill has to be passed into law and I guess we will see which goods it applies on and on what extent...w.r.t ban.

It is also interesting to note that Biden admin has not reversed the tariffs trump put (in general) on China, rather they are under "review".

If Biden admin is serious w.r.t PRC human rights situation, they will also look at magnitsky act on PRC officials culpable for the ongoing repression/genocide in Xinjiang/East Turkestan.

US bans a lot of stuff and sanctions many Chinese companies in recent years, but it turned out they suffered way more than China and helped China to become the biggest trading partner of EU, ASEAN, Africa and US itself. One day US will understand that it can't sanction an economy which is bigger and stronger than its own.
US still behaves and acts like they are the only superpower which can randomly sanction any country on this planet, but the time had long changed.
