Were they operating Jalalabad, Kabul or Guantanamo torture prisons, what the champions of humanity did and doing there, was that all for the good of humanity ?
Some of that stuff is still available on the web and some teachings of champions of humanity are posted on this thread, Did Taliban's did it ? So which side is barbaric ?

Nah. These outlets may have some issues but on various occasions like Watergate scandal, 2002 riots, American excesses and lies in Iraq, recent Pegasus scandal and numerous others have not only stood up to their Govts but also exposed them.

The media in each of these countries are broadly in sync with the ruling order. They all read from the same page but have differant accents. I sazw the media coverage building up to the Iraq war. They were complicit in the gabrication, lies that the governments peddled. Ask Julian Assange what freedom of press means. They will get you!

Tucker on Fox is pretty much the only one that regularly tests (or maybe is "allowed" to test) the boundary of this in the MSM. It is why he makes outreach to lot of leftie-populists regularly (Glenn Greenwald, Jimmy Dore, Matt Taibi etc)

Rest on MSM are paid hacks and shills....just matter of degree. If the state wants a war, they will warmonger for it. Its just a donor business and US Fed/deep state simply has the biggest pockets and safe space buffer around if you want to fill in your career saying a bunch of words on some script and narrative and kabuki set by them.

Truth telling journalists with integrity have long left and set up in alt-media now.

Not just Tucker, there are a whole bunch of Fox news, Newsmax folk who have gradually pushed the limits of the Overton Window to bring what would once be considered views too radical to be part of the mainstream. One could argue the same about the left although on the left it's been a more gradual process. One feeds off the other and extends the boundaries - the more woke the left thinks it is, the more entrenched the right gets and this helps the media in either side expand the Overton Window.

Of course if the US wants to go to war it will. It's the most trigger happy country in the world and war is good for business there. Point being that there are enough media outlets that hold Govts and leaders accountable.

Not against Twitter feeds - just the data coming out of first hand accounts should be authentic.
