Looks like if this deployed for strategic bombing mission the number would be bigger than B-1 or B-2 because of the smaller size that maybe also affects how much weight this one can take.

B21 is quite literally a smaller and more economic version of B2 Spirit.

B2 Spirit is too costly, that's why they only manage to produce 20 or so. While B21 is projected to be produced up to 120 units.
