Gimana jadinya kalo Indonesia ditawarkan seluruh armada Mirage 2000 punya UAE, ini setelah tawaran mereka ke Maroko dan Mesir ada masalah politik akhir akhir ini? ada sekitar 60an termasuk varian recce? ambil gak? Kalo termasuk ambil yang 12 unit punya Qatar Indonesia bakal operasikan sekitar 70an unit Mirage 2000 berbagai macam varian.

Well, ditambah 12 unit Viper plus 42 Rafale. Angkatan Udara Indonesia bakalan punya taring kok.

31 Mirage 2k-9 from UAE were from 2003.

The rest of UAE Mirage (30 something) were from 1989.

Democracy is minimum, eventhough flawed. God like top–down one man dictatorship is an open air prison. People are people, they have rights to speak and participates fully, not a chair or desk that just menggeletak. They have rights to decide, not to be shot just because they are against the ruler that ‘larping as what people believe as God’.

Mentok ya tergantung ngeliatnya dan niatnya kok, Pakistan punya Mirage III yang lebih jadoel aja asal ada niat bisa diupgrade kok

give those mirage 2000 upgrade package include EL/M-2052 AESA radar + I-Derby ER and you would get yourself capable BVR fighter.

and if those mirage 2000 airframe started to meet it's end we can use EL/M-2052 on other compatible fighter.

Dibeli apa adanya as is gitu aja udah puas deh TNI AU kayaknya dan juga lebih ramah didompet, kalau mau ngeluarin duit lebih banyak mendingan buat ngeborong semuanya aja sekalian dari pada beli berapa biji trus diupgrade. Itu juga kalo TNI AU mau dapet pespur spesies baru.

kinda different from my choice, i rather like if AU buy only few said 12 or 16 but with high combat/operational readiness capability (since this was meant for interim fighter no ?).

we're not definitely going to respond those J Series with 30mm DEFA only....
