U have to know some thing about ip rights .. if you bought IP rights of a product from a firm .. u could get blocked if this firm uses subsystems from other suppliers ..and most if not all companies do this ..for example .. if the teber guidance kit is owned by roketsan ... It uses tubitak subs ..so even if roketsan sold teber ip rights .. tubitak could block the supplies ..this occurs frequently and there is a lot of examples ..for examples usa blocked french cruise missile" scalp " sell to egypt because it uses americans datalink .. and blocked t129 deal with pakistan ..etc so i dont think uae will be avle to buy all the subs technologies and they will definitely import them
