While I have great respect for Tümosan on their contribution to Turkey and Farmers etc. And love them for the engine they developed to the defence industry. I wonder why they decided to go into the business of producing ACV.

Wouldn't it be better if they developed engines and offered it to all vehicle producers in the sector. If their engines gained same fame and reliability as MTU they could be singled out as the engine supplier for all TAF vehicle projects.

If they needed testbed they could get FNSS or Otokar to make it for them. I'd mention BMC too but they already have their own family of engines.

The Guys who participated in the Upgraded BTR 80s from MKE stand at IDEF

1638041689093.png

I couldn't find much on them. They seem quite fishy but somehow got to work with MKE which is interesting.

They build like Fake Props for Movies.

But they claim to have a prototype of what seems to be a copy of the German LuWa

> The have not posted since early 2019
> They have no LinkedIN page but like 20 Employees.
> They claim to be an Engineering Assistance Company,

How the hell did they get to work with MKE. They produce mainly Replicas which makes MKE look really bad.

I found a Interview in which Antalya Governor visited the Company.

Governor Yazıcı visited Anzatsan Engineering company operating in the Organized Industrial Zone and stated that successful companies in Antalya are sources of pride and pride.

Visiting Anzatsan Mühendislik Sanayi Ticaret AŞ, which operates in the defense industry, automotive industry and composite industry, Governor Ersin Yazıcı received information about the production activities and product range from the Chairman of the Board of Directors Hasan Kaya and his son Kıvanç Kaya.

(Even The Office looks like a Mafia Movie Set)

We Must Turn Knowledge and Accumulation into Value
Governor Yazıcı, who said that the companies in the Organized Industrial Zone value especially R&D and innovation in transforming their knowledge and experience into value-added products; “It doesn't make sense unless we support our knowledge and experience with value-added products and transform it into value.

The common points of the companies we visited are that they are companies that make a difference in their sectors by conducting successful studies focused on R&D and innovation. We must continue to work harder and focus more on R&D and innovation to improve our experience.” said.

Stating that they carry out many works in the automotive industry and composite industry, especially in the defense industry, Chairman of the Board Kaya underlined that they will continue to develop new projects in line with national technology and domestic production targets.

Something seems to be going quite wrong with Land Vehicle Programs in the hands of FNSS.
Don't get me wrong, I am by no means an Expert but the given Dates cannot be achieved it seems.

- FNSS ACV-15 Modernization

The Infos on the Program are Sparse but no real Delivery in sight. with Changing Prototypes.

1638045394980.png

This is not that big of a Modernization effort as well.

- FNSS Pars IV

1638045514709.png

The first deliveries of Pars IV 6×6 Mine Protected Vehicles, which will be the first in the TAF inventory, will be made in 2021.
The initial 12 Deliveries were scheduled for 2021 but no Info as December approaches.

- FNSS Pars IZCI 6x6 and 8x8

1638045655744.png

In the ÖMTTZA project, which has a 36-month project schedule, it is planned to deliver 100 vehicles within 1 year.

March 17, 2021

That means they have to deliver 100 Pars IZCI in 4 Months but no Info on that one as well.

- FNSS ZAHA

CEO Kurt says "These 3 ZAHA will be delivered in the first half of 2021" Yet nothing on that as well.

- FNSS KAPLAN MT

1638046147677.png

"According to the 2019 contract, FNSS and PT Pindad must jointly produce a batch of 18 tanks.
The first Kaplan is ready, and all of the remaining ones are at various stages of construction. It is reported that the two manufacturers will complete the assembly of the first batch of equipment by the end of this year.

During IDEF-2021, plans for the near future were announced.
So, a second order for 52 tanks should appear soon. They should be built and handed over during 2022."

Here we have no Information as well on the Current Status of the Kaplan for set delivered untile the end of 2021 and they are supposed to built 52 in 2022.
4 per Month!

FNSS STA Project

1638046640223.png

Even here the Serial Production started quite late for my thinking.

FNSS General Manager and CEO K. Nail KURT said, “Our Weapons Carrier Vehicles contract, signed between the Presidency of Defense Industry and our Company in June 2016, for the KAPLAN STA vehicles offered to the use of the security forces after the qualification tests were completed in accordance with the project schedule. It includes a total of 260 vehicles

The Serial Production Deliveries Started in 04/2020.

Almost 4 Years after Contract signing. Isn't this a simple 2x ATGM Carrier or am I missing something.

I have no Idea if I am overthinking or if there is a problem here.

Could it be related to the post about domestic engines being used in the vehicles to be delivered in 2022?

This one is likely delayed because the requirements have changed on the go, or Army has requested a review of certain things. 2 prototypes were different from each other.

This one, i am not sure if they have signed the final contract but there is definitely a delay on the completion of the qualification tests. TCG Anadolu was delayed as well so probably Navy was cool.

For the rest, yes the dates are not meeting the deadlines explicitly told in the media.
