Meanwhile Grand National Assembly of Turkey (House of representatives) gather for a special - top secret - Ukraine meeting. All content will be classified as top secret thus will not be shared by any means.

Which only makes me think, the representatives will be informed about military aid being delivered to the Ukrainian forces.

The Top secret part is to render any leaked information technically unofficial, thus not binding for any official matter for Turkish-Russian relationship. Not related to being "top secret so nobody else knows".

Calling this meeting 'top secret' is ridiculous. As long as HDP is sitting there, nothing is going to be secretive about this session. Though, the government and basically every sane person knows this...
