Earlier today Arestovich (Zelensky's advisor) stated that the Moskva was providing air defense for Russian positions in Kherson and that new possibilities are now being assessed. He also said that several villages in the Kherson region were taken back by Ukraine today.

The remaining 2 Admiral Grigorovich active in the Black sea has the Shtil SAM system which is nowhere near the range of the S-300F aboard the Moskva. I expect an intensification of Ukraine air strike near Kherson anytime soon.
