RuAF lacks targeting pods and JDAMs. So they can either strafe in WW2 style with unguided rockets (which is extremely dangerous if enemy has MANPADS) or level towns with dumb bombs (also dangerous if enemy has some simple SAMs).

They have long range cruise missiles. But they are very expensive and not suited for CAS.
Another thing about RuAF. On paper its very big - over 1100 combat jets and bombers. But during this war in February and March they made only about 200 combat sorties a day in average. Then it reduced even further.

For comparison Israeli air force with about 350 jets made 400 combat sorties a day during 2006 Lebanon war (which was a LIC conflict). While during Yom Kippur war IAF made 590 combat sorties a day.

That shows very low combat readiness and poor ground service quality of RuAF. Plus unlike Western and even Arab countries (after 1967) virtually all RuAF aircraft stand in open and not in protected hangars. So they can be easily destroyed.

Typical RuAF airbase:

There were information about how russian pilots structured.
Example:
lets say russia have 600 fighter pilots ( flying SU, MIG, Yak etc.)
15% of them doing regular flights each year about 100 hours at year. This pilots are selected according to corruption (close people to current high ranks etc.)
This pilot are becoming well skilled.

The reset of pilots are there as personal, but mainly they go to work and just doing almost nothing at military barracks. From time to time they fly and when there is some kind of training then this pilots are used as mass..

it takes mouths.
Maybe the "intensive training course" could be done in less time but agreed with it. It's also a clear message from EU to Russia saying "we are commited to help in the battlefront for months, no matter what equipment we should send to win the war".

In another attempt to cross the river, RF lost around 7 tanks trying to retreat with the turrent pointing to the enemy side. Probably hydrolocked o_O

Indian businesses take UAE route for Russian payments

Cargo movements between India & Russia and associated trade payments are being routed through outfits and banks in Dubai in transactions that come across like regular bilateral trade between India and UAE.

A Czech-made RM-70 multiple launch rocket system has been spotted in Ukraine. RM-70 MLRS have been produced in Czechoslovakia since 1972. The RM-70 can be considered an analogue of the Soviet Grad MLRS, but the system has a number of distinct advantages. For example, it has greater cross-country ability and is able to hit targets at a greater distance. Until now, about fifty such MLRS remained in the Czech Republic, most of them were decommissioned and were in storage.

CNN “First Russian soldier goes on WAR CRIMES TRIAL in Ukraine”
… These are Russia’s claims and worth shit under international law. Russians can talk all they want, but at the end it is the accepted laws and procedures that prevail! I am with you that people need to wake up to the truth, and realize that nothing in regards to this Russian roulette is legit!
CNN: “First Russian soldier goes on WAR CRIMES TRIAL in Ukraine”…

Just a preview of what is to come… Case will lead into a Nuremberg style (if not as extensive) tribunal giving out justice! That is a heavy burden for Russia, having to deal with so many cases simultaneously, and the huge reperations as a result. It is no surprise if Russia’s oil and gas revenues are confiscated in return.

Russia is not immune to international jurisdiction, no matter what. They should take this act serious, otherwise “Hazy is Russia’s future…”

EDIT: 11,000 more cases under investigation!

Russian troops defeated the Ukrainian crossing of the Seversky Donets River
May 14, 2022. I can't understand why the Ukrainians needed to cross the river to counterattack?
