In Donetsk, the Supreme Court sentenced foreign mercenaries to death. The British Aiden Aslin and Sean Pinner and the Moroccan Saadun Brahim, who participated in the hostilities in Ukraine, were sentenced to death by the court.

In Ukraine, the Ukrainian multiple launch rocket system "Bureviy" with a caliber of 220 mm was noticed. The Bureviy MLRS is a multiple launch rocket system on the chassis of the Czech TATRA T815-7T3RC1 with a wheel formula of 8×8. The MLRS is an upgraded version of the Soviet MLRS 9K57 "Hurricane", developed in the early seventies. During the development, Bureviy was supposed to receive a modern digital fire control system that simplifies the production of data for firing and new means of communication. There was a video of the strikes of the Russian army, on the soldiers of the Ukrainian army using anti-tank systems. In regards to Military support - no I don't agree, (Germany's law actually forbids weapon deliveries into crisis or zones of war) As such Scholz even broke the law by sending to Ukraine in regards to what has been send so far and is going to be send) And this law has not been revoked or altered by a parliamentary vote.
So what ever the present German foreign or defense minister says; is simply there private opinion or blah, blah.

Despite being hampered by weapon export control laws - Germany presently stands at rank 4 - with 1.39 billion euro

A chancellor and government who break the law - should actually be removed - after all we need to defend our democratic rights and freedom in Germany too.
In regards to humanitarian and economic aid - Germany is the No.2 contributor by far.

If so feel free to point out Switzerland that has delivered 0 military aid, but adheres to it's laws - something I respect utmost.
France is known to export weapons to anywhere - it's Ukraine contribution is 160 million euro - roughly an 8th of Germany's unlawful contribution

I do agree, but it is difficult to explain and comprehend to outside people how pacifistic and anti-war Germany was before Ukraine. So I usually keep it very brief and simple.

simple way to say, why germany choose to provide secondary aid for ukraine when the primary thinks is military hardawares in the first place. why must British, polish, lithuanian or even OZ, germany doesn't have "neutral country" principal like switzerland

Actually on the tactical level a lot has changed. aside from range and precision ammo, the maybe most important issue is that of the firing rate, especially the sustainable fire-rate.
Due to very advanced artillery location radars (counter battery fire) towards an advanced technical adversary the firing rate has become even more important

Average firing rate for 155mm artillery is 2-3/minute and in regards to practical sustainable fire rate it's 2/minute
Modern systems such as the PzH2000 have a 6/minute rate and a practical sustainable fire rate of 4-5/minute

As such a modern barreled artillery battery has more or less twice the firepower then pre. 2010 systems - due to automatic loader systems which also significantly reduce the manpower operational cost e.g. 3-4man crew - verses 5-7 man crews. Maintenance and field maintenance has also a big impact due to modern artillery having online diagnosis systems and a rapid changeable module provisions.

Also if one uses enhanced range ammo on an e.g. 1980's/1990's barrel it is not going to last very long in such operations. But as already mentioned it strongly depends on ones adversaries capability.
