BUT basic 35mm gun with no magnetic coding capabilities are built with Oerklion license, the coding system is own product of Turkey

Abusive language? And it's still based on Oerlikon design, doesn't change that they were bought by Rheinmetall.

Yes MKE has Oerlikon license. But @Afif has a point. The complete armament group of Oerlikon was purchased in 1999 by Rheinmetal.

Only other one with the elevation to protect against vertically diving missiles is the Sea Zenith CIWS. Guess who the only user in the world of the Sea Zenith is? Turkish Navy.
