When it will be available for foreign customer?

Considering that it will be in the inventory with full capacity in 2024/2025, negotiations will probably start for allied countries after this date.

Although I’m as much enthusiastic as you are to see the Turkish defense industry becoming more of a global player, I’m also content to know that we will finally meet our domestic demand and gain some essential national defense capabilities which in some case we totally are lack of :)

Trust me, with a track record like Turkey’s on global arms market, countries will line up anyways

Could you please freshen up my memory. Which opportunity you are referring to?

If iam not wrong, for Indonesian National Corvette, which Damen won with Sigma, Turkish offered Ada class, while the italians with Fincantieri OPV, and in UAV sector back then, they opt the next batch of CH4 wingloong over bayraktar. And now for the next Air Defense programs, rumours from military bloggers/ enthusiats, there are few candidates : samp-T, Korean SAM, and Turkish SAM ( hisar).

I see. Naturally I don’t know whether Indonesian Navy satisfied with their choice but Ada class probably lost the tender since it was not proven back then And honestly they were still developing and building their own ships of the class.

UAV, well I hear you. I’ll take Bayraktar any day vs most systems.

For Hisar and/or Siper, again, recently developed and still being developed. Hope Indonesian officials don’t get stuck on that and take into consideration that Turkey will not be a mere door to door salesman but a real friend when selling a sophisticated system.

I hope too now they don’t pass this one ;)

The speaker, who is a guest in this video, claims that we were able to do the Hisar missiles made by our country, with the know-how of Germany's Iris t missile.

They think that if the Greeks can't make weapons themselves, they can't make us either, but they're wrong.

"The power to protect the countries (against the enemy) was divided into ten divisions: nine of them were given to the Turks and one to the other nations.
Arrogance was also divided into ten parts; nine were given to the Greeks and one to other nations."

It’d be really sad if they pass Hisar and Siper but tbh wouldn’t gonna loose sleep on it since I am a staunch believer in self-sufficient defense industry which should always have a bearing on furnishing our armed forces first and maintain the highest level of readiness and then worry about export prospects

When I see that so many drones and cruise missiles were used in the Ukraine war, I thank Allah for the Hisar and Siper air defense systems.

Should not go and rub it in to work with us, we now what the Western tech defence companies give them. Long term they will lose not us, coountries who are willing to work on defence technologies are our strategic partners. As an example ther drone program, from software to hardware they lack. They asked for software help and i remember nobody did helped them. In the end ther drone program ended in fiasco.

It is not easy to develop a MALE drone like ANKA. I don't now but the software of avionics software seems to very expensive and difficult program. We did not talked about the fuselage technologies.

Ehm, I don’t think I rubbed in anything or forced/coerced anyone to cooperate with Turkey, not to mention that I don’t represent any Turkish agency and directorate.
Mine was merely a hope that Turkey could supply their needs and maybe cooperate with them if they choose so.

I wish my best for Indonesia as I see their country together with Malaysia as far away friends based on my personal experience from the past :)

What i mean is they are missing chances like we did with EF 20 years ago. We offered them a good JV deal with ANKA but they thought that they can develop on ther own. How it ended clearly.

Stand corrected. Thank you (y)
So it was their choice.

I wonder if we would export Korkut to Ukraine if they asked us. With today's drone attacks modern systems like Korkut will be really important.
