The deal signed with Indonesia contains
  • Khan Precision Guided Ballistic Missile
  • Layered Air Defence Missiles Medium Range (Hisar)
  • Layered Air defence Missile Long Range (Siper block ?)
  • Negotiation for Close range air defence will also be made
I’m unfamiliar with any of those platforms. Is there any promotional video for those platforms?

This doesn't make sense in many ways, but anyway. At least design a proper FAC or OPV - Corvette before a heavy frigate, can't they?

How are they determining VLS length before acquiring greenlight from the OEM?
How OEM can give a greenlight without knowing the radar suite?
You are overthinking it 😁 It's just Indonesia way of saying "We don't have the slightest clue of what were are doing, so we're going back to the basic / original"

Far from ugly imo, in fact, it is pretty sleek. 'Ugly' in my opinion is probably closer to the kind of Arleigh Burke with its old-styled AEGIS antennas.
If you called the Burke class ugly, what do you call the Tico class with their top-heavy superstructure? But they pack a serious amount of Freedom despite their look.

There's the G-40 quad pack naval SAM
G40 (40km range, 40k feet altitude) is unrealized solution by Tubitak SAGE based on Gökdoğan BVR AA missile (Similar to ESSM single pulse), they also have a concept of G60 (60km & 60k feet) both unrealized as of now.

Both Hisar - RF and Hisar - U, the latter is now refined and called "Siper - Block 0" will be navalized (in fact both readily navalized labeled Hisar Naval) and quad-packable, has dual pulse. Turkish Navy is opting for these as of now. Hisar RF offers ~50 km range, Siper Block-0 aims 100 km range. From technical point of view, Siper Block-0 is equilavent of Hisar-RF with an added booster.

Siper - Block 1 is the real long range SAM with 150 km range and no additional booster, the one planned for TF-2000 ever since, along side with quadpackable Hisar - Naval and Siper - Block 0 recently.

Both can be integrated into VLS via quadpacking, or can be installed via individual cells similar to MICA - Albatros NG. Tubitak SAGE also claims G40-60 can be cold launched like CAMM (they have demonstrated a cold launch system earlier), while Roketsan does not offer that for Hisar RF or Siper Block-0.

Siper - Block 0 will be operational next year. Hisar - Naval expected on I-Class frigate next year as well and won't be surprised to see Siper - Block 0 on the vessel as well.

This could be another solution if the French refuse to integrate Havelsan CMS with their missile. Iirc France and Turkiye are not in the best of relationship right now.

The quad pack-able is a plus consider that (from the look of it) the two AH140 are intended primarily an AAW fleet defense frigate.

They willingly agreed for MICA-NG on Ukranian corvette and Turkmenistan's C92 corvette (the latter may not run on Advent but Aselsan's CMS, but who knows) . But Aster-30 may require additional data link antennas, illumination and new set of integration on the CMS etc so that could be a trouble.

The program for armament including VLS is still on large, while the ship itself is yet to be commenced. Everything can be happened, including use Turkey Made system or CAMM ER

Both are uglier than 21st-century designs, but I slightly prefer Ticonderoga because it has a more slender body than the bulky burke, and slender body is really my type
