People thought it was extinct. Some said it never existed or was confused with other species.

But the legend suddenly reappeared one day, decades later.

To those who said the king was dead, it's back.
Is it Anatolian Pars?
(For those of zoology fans out there, I’m referring to “panthera pardus tulliana” .. I think :p )

It would be a bit like apples and pears comparison of planes.
F35 of today is the most advanced plane to date as it is. But it is haunted with so many faults and shortcomings that it is detracting from it’s excellence.
Apart from the basic negatives of F35 we all know about, in terms of technical abilities, on paper, there is no match between F35 of today and what will fly with a domestic engine as MMU in 2028.
MMU/TFX is a twin engined plane. It is supposed to be powered by two 35000lbf engines with a total of 70000lbf thrust. F35’s single F135 engine had 39000lbf and the new upgraded version has a thrust of 43000lbf. TFX will have more computer power installed and should have all the avionic and sensor bells and whistles that F35 has and more. More importantly all the weapon systems of TFX will be indigenous and unknown entities as far a as the enemy side is concerned. It is much faster than F35. It can supercruise. It is supposed to be more agile.
TFX will also have a huge GaN based Aesa radar that should be much more effective than anything in use at the moment.
But F35 too is being upgraded in terms of sensors and computer power wise. A new GaN based Aesa radar is being prepared for it. Also it should have a groundbreaking variable cycle engine developing more than 45000lbf thrust.
But when compared to today’s F35 , TFX is going to be definitely superior.
I do not think she will have the RCS value of F35,but MMU nose radar will be superior to F35 and in the end F35 more stealth but MMU have more good eyes, and more agile, other things not vital.

Hey @MADDOG, there is another place in front of this one. Is it for parallel production, like two different ones at the same time? Or is there a third one behind it?
Possible so. Currently two assembly lines visible.

Gentlemen we are waiting for exactly that moment since over a decade by now... thousands of comments, hundreds of pages later, all the haters all the trashtalk of how impossible it is are now insignificant.

Just look at it, the sleek elegant body, beautiful lines yet distinct appearance in comparison to other aircrafts...

Think this was the final trigger now for a certain neighbour. They will never match with Türkiye, irrelevant of the 2nd hand junk they buy.

This is not a production line but building of prototype, not even Block 0, not even done CDR (Critical Design Review)

After those are done there will be LRIP ( Low Rate Initial Production). Only then we will be talking about production lines.

A Parallel production 'line' looks like this.

Also, let's not forget that their production rate is like 150 per year. We don't need these huge production line with our TF-X

We only need a steady production rate of 24 copies of TFX per year. This rate can cover orders of both Türkiye and foreign users.

National interests must be top priority for a society. This is the moment all of us have been waiting for it. Beside the success a project, this project unified many people from different views. It is the biggest achievement and seriously it is not easy to keep tears falling eyes.

I bet engine is one of the essential and crucial part of a fighter jet but there are probably very important parts as much as engine. Today there were others news regarding computer systems of TF-X. I guess it is another very important part but there must be others too. Can someone clarify what are the essential most important parts a fighter jet in terms of engineering perspective? Some documents regarding can be awesome too.

The next few month will be a roller-coaster. So many developments and revelations. Be ready.

Today I'm delirious. It's like there's a hanger in my mouth. I can't stop smiling. Ridiculous me 😂

I have no words to describe what I'm feeling right now.
Never felt that joyous and proud about anything except the birth of my children.
I'm crying and I don't care 🥲😍
